Análisis geospacial de la distribución de la pobreza energética del sector residencial en la Comunitat Valenciana

Abstract

[ES] La pobreza energética constituye uno de los principales problemas de la sociedad actual y es una de las principales problemas en la sociedad y es de vital importancia localizar las zonas más afectas para solucionarlo de una manera eficiente y rápida. Entendemos por pobreza energética la situación donde un hogar es incapaz de hacer frente a los pagos por los servicios mínimos de energía mínima para cubrir las necesidades básicas. El objetivo del trabajo final de grado es realizar un análisis geoespacial de la distribución de la pobreza energética a lo largo de todo el territorio de la Comunitat Valenciana. Para la obtención de dicha pobreza se realizará mediante un estudio de la correlación entre el índice global de vulnerabilidad y el índice de pobreza energética calculada a partir de certificados energéticos del sector residencial en la Comunitat Valenciana. Con ello se determinarán las zonas de mayor vulnerabilidad social, económica, demográfica y residencial. También se obtendrán las zonas donde se haya un consumo de kWh muy elevado o demasiado bajo. Se concluye que obteniendo las zonas que sufren pobreza energética es de vital importancia para la sociedad debido a que una vez localizadas las zonas se pasará a solucionar dicho problema, ya sea haciendo una rehabilitación energética o proporcionando unas viviendas que cumplan estos requisitos mínimos.

[EN] Energy poverty is one of the main problems today and it is of vital importance to locate the most affected areas in order to solve it efficiently and quickly. We understand fuel poverty as the situation where a household is unable to meet the payments for the minimum energy services needed to cover basic needs. The objective of the final degree project is to carry out a geospatial analysis of the distribution of energy poverty throughout the entire territory of the Valencian Community. To obtain said poverty, it will be carried out through a study of the correlation between the global vulnerability index and the energy poverty index calculated from energy certificates of the residential sector in the Valencian Community. This will determine the areas of greatest social, economic, demographic and residential vulnerability. The areas where there is a very high or too low kWh consumption will also be obtained. It is concluded that obtaining the areas that suffer from energy poverty is of vital importance for society because once the areas are located, this problem will be solved, either by doing an energy rehabilitation or by providing homes that meet these minimum requirements.
