Implementación de herramientas del Lean Manufaturing en una empresa del sector del plástico

Abstract

[ES] El presente TFM tiene como objetivo principal implementar algunas herramientas del Lean Manufacturing. Se ha detectado la necesidad de implementarlas tras la realización de un estudio que manifiesta la falta de organización en algunas zonas de trabajo, además de análisis de los principales desperdicios y contramedidas para corregirlos. Por estos motivos, la implantación del Lean Manufacturing y algunas de sus herramientas como las 5S, los paneles GAP y GRP, y los análisis de la ¿No Calidad¿, ayudará a la empresa a mejorar en la producción

[EN] The main objective of this work is to implement some tools of Lean Manufacturing. The need to implement them has been detected after carrying out a study that shows the lack of organization in some work areas, besides an analysis of the main waste and countermeasures to correct it. For these reasons, the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and some of its tools such as 5S, GAP and GRP panels, and "No Quality" analyses, will help the company to improve production.
