[ES] La revolución de las ciudades tal y como se conocen, tienen los días contados. La creación e innovación a ciudades inteligentes o Smart Cities, se ha vuelto popular y junto al desarrollo vertiginoso de nuevas tecnologías, este término tiene más fuerza. La industria es uno de los ámbitos que más beneficios puede llegar a lograr ayudada por las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC). Aunque, existen muchos más ámbitos que pueden tener beneficios ya sea como el ámbito económico, la movilidad y transporte eficiente, la sostenibilidad medioambiental y, sobre todo la calidad de vida para los ciudadanos en estas. Por ello, grandes empresas tecnológicas están apostando por este tipo de ciudades, ciudades las cuáles necesitan grandes inversiones económicas ya sean resultantes de empresas privadas o públicas. A su vez, la participación ciudadana es un punto clave para el desarrollo al alza. Este trabajo refleja las bases de una Smart City a la vez que la gestión de un proyecto de gran escala, simulando los factores para tener en cuenta y como se debe de organizar.

[EN] `The days of the city revolution as we know it are numbered. The creation and innovation of Smart Cities has become popular, and with the rapid development of new technologies, this term is gaining momentum. Industry is one of the areas that can benefit the most from Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). However, there are many other areas that can benefit the economy, mobility and efficient transport, environmental sustainability and, above all, the quality of life for citizens in these areas. Therefore, large technology companies are betting on this type of cities, cities which need large economic investments either from private or public companies. In turn, citizen participation is a key point for the upward development. This work reflects the bases of a Smart City as well as the management of a large-scale project, simulating the factors to be considered and how it should be organized¿.
