PROYECTO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN E INSTALACIONES DE PLUVIALES, PCI, BT Y CLIMATIZACIÓN PARA LA EJECUCIÓN DE PASARELA DE VISITAS EN EL CAMPELLO (ALICANTE)

Abstract

[ES] En el presente proyecto, se desarrollará el proyecto de ejecución de una pasarela que permitirá el acceso a la planta de tratamiento de residuos de los visitantes desde una zona segura. La pasarela contará con una longitud total de 200 metros aproximadamente y discurrirá desde la cubierta del edificio de oficinas y hacia las naves de Clasificación, Balas de Rechazo y Compostaje. La estructura estará compartida en algunas zonas con la de las propias naves industriales y estará compuesta por perfiles metálicos de diferentes tipologías. La pasarela estará totalmente cerrada en todos sus tramos excepto en el tramo que une las oficinas con la nave de Balas de Rechazo, en el que quedarán abiertos los paramentos verticales. En este proyecto también se desarrollarán las instalaciones de alumbrado, baja tensión, protección contra incendios, climatización y pluviales.

[EN] In this project, the execution project of a walkway will be developed that will allow visitors access to the waste treatment plant from a safe area. The walkway will have a total length of approximately 200 meters and will run from the roof of the office building and towards the Classification, Rejection Bales and Composting warehouses. The structure will be shared in some areas with that of the industrial buildings themselves and will be made up of metal profiles of different types. The footbridge will be completely closed in all its sections except in the section that joins the offices with the Balas de Rechazo warehouse, in which the vertical walls will remain open. This project will also develop lighting, low voltage, fire protection, air conditioning and rainwater installations.
