Estudi i evolució de l'arquitectura tradicional al Poble Nou de Benitatxell

[EN] In this work, a study of the traditional architecture in the town of Poble Nou de Benitatxell in the Marina Alta region is carried out. Firstly, a study is made of the formation of the layout of the streets and the evolution of the constructions located in the main streets of the town (Alicante Avenue, La Pau Street, Mayor Street and Church Street). It deepens in the study of the transformations that the facades and the interiors of the houses have undergone. The second part of the work is based on defining what construction techniques have been followed and through the studies already carried out on what lines we should guide ourselves for the restoration of the construction elements of the facades and the specific problems that appear in the case studies.

[ES] En aquest treball es realitza un estudi de l’arquitectura tradicional de la població del Poble Nou de Benitatxell a la comarca de la Marina Alta. Primerament, es fa un estudi de la formació del traçat dels carrers i l’evolució de les construccions localitzades als carrers principals del poble (Avinguda Alacant, Carrer La Pau, Carrer Major i Carrer l’Església). S’aprofundeix en l’estudi de les transformacions que han patit les façanes i els interiors dels habitatges. La segona part del treball es basa en definir quines tècniques constructives s’han seguit i, mitjançant els estudis ja realitzats sobre quines línies ens hem de guiar, per a la restauració dels elements constructius de les façanes i per a les problemàtiques concretes que apareixen en els casos d’estudi.
