ANÁLISIS, PROPUESTAS E IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE MEJORAS DEL PROCESO DE RECEPCIÓN DE MATERIALES EN LA EMPRESA BENTELER JIT VALENCIA

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo de fin de grado tiene como objetivo realizar una serie de propuestas de mejora en el proceso de recepción de materiales de la empresa BENTELER a partir de lo realizado durante unas prácticas laborales. Esta empresa pertenece al sector del automóvil, uno de los sectores más importantes internacionalmente, el cual se ha visto afectado por diversas circunstancias en estos últimos años. El objetivo del presente proyecto es analizar los procesos de recepción de materiales con la finalidad de desarrollar una serie de instrucciones que permitan estandarizar los procesos de trabajo, establecer planes de emergencia para mejorar la gestión en caso de incumplimientos de las ventanas horarias estipuladas, mejorar el seguimiento de los camiones para poder ver el trabajo real que se hace al final del día e identificar factores que podrían reducir la posibilidad de picos altos de trabajo. En definitiva, con los resultados de este trabajo se pretende mejorar los procesos ya definidos y la estandarización de otros nuevos para conseguir un flujo de trabajo lo mas estable posible.

[EN] The objective of this final degree thesis is to make a series of proposals for improvement in the process of receiving materials from the company BENTELER, where I have done my internship. This company belongs to the automotive sector, one of the most important sectors internationally, which has been affected by various circumstances in recent years. For the reception of materials, it is essential to develop instructions that describe action plans whose purpose is to solve any type of problem or situation that generates doubt. The organization and the time invested in it is essential. Especially in a plant with a JIT (Just In Time) system. Among other alternatives, the aim is to standardize work processes, establish emergency plans to improve management in the event of non-compliance with the stipulated time windows, improve truck tracking to be able to see the real work done at the end of the day, identify factors that could reduce the possibility of high work peaks. In short, the results of this work are intended to improve the processes already defined and the standardization of new ones in order to achieve the most stable workflow possible.
