DISEÑO Y PROTOTIPADO DE UNA BICICLETA ELÉCTRICA PARA UNA MULTINACIONAL DEPORTIVA Y SIMULACIÓN DEL PROCESO SOBRE SOBRE SAP S4/HANA

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este proyecto de final de grado es simular el proceso de diseño y prototipado de un nuevo modelo de una bicicleta eléctrica de una empresa multinacional que emplea SAP S4/HANA para la planificación de sus recursos.

Se hará un estudio de cada una de las fases necesarias para su diseño, desde el concepto inicial hasta la comercialización. En primer lugar, se realizará un estudio del mercado y del usuario final para poder transformar las necesidades del consumidor en especificaciones técnicas mediante la técnica QFD (Quality Function Deployment) con el fin de introducirlas en la bicicleta. Con todo ello se podrán conocer las características y componentes de la bicicleta para introducirlo en SAP S4/HANA.

A continuación, mediante el software SAP S4/HANA se realizará una simulación del proceso de producción de la bicicleta. Para ello será necesario conocer y planificar las tareas a realizar, establecer la asignación de los recursos necesarios para su producción, como los materiales, proveedores y los recursos económicos entre otros. Además, con todos los datos introducidos en SAP S4/HANA se obtendrá el presupuesto final del proyecto con el fin de realizar un estudio sobre la viabilidad del proyecto.

[EN] The objective of this final degree project is to simulate the design and prototyping process of a new model of an electric bicycle for a multinational company that uses SAP S4/HANA for the planning of its resources. A study will be made of each of the phases necessary for its design, from the initial concept to commercialization.

In the first place, a study of the market and the end-user will be carried out in order to transform the needs of the consumer into technical specifications through the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) technique in order to introduce them into the bicycle. With all this, it will be possible to know the characteristics and components of the bicycle to introduce it in SAP S4/HANA. Next, using the SAP S4/HANA software, a simulation of the bicycle production process will be carried out.

For this, it will be necessary to know and plan the tasks to be carried out, and establish the allocation of the necessary resources for its production, such as materials, suppliers, and economic resources, among others. In addition, with all the data entered in SAP S4/HANA, the final budget of the project will be obtained in order to carry out a study on the viability of the project.
