Diseño de un reloj para el hogar en tiempos de COVID

Abstract

[ES] El objeto de este trabajo es el diseño de un reloj funcional, portátil y estético para el hogar fabricado con materiales sostenibles. Para su realización se han considerado las nuevas formas de convivir en el hogar derivadas de la aparición del COVID, el cual ha agravado la disminución de la interacción social y el aumento del uso de dispositivos electrónicos. Esta situación ha promovido en la sociedad actitudes como la desmotivación, el pesimismo o la apatía hacia los demás o el entorno. En este sentido, se ha apelado a la función emocional de este producto con la intención de aumentar la socialización en los hogares y convertirse en una alternativa al uso de dispositivos electrónicos.

[EN] The object of this work is the design of a functional, portable and aesthetic clock for the home made with sustainable materials. For its realization, the new ways of living at home derived from the appearance of COVID have been considered, which has aggravated the decrease in social interaction and the increase in the use of electronic devices. This situation has promoted attitudes in society such as demotivation, pessimism or apathy towards others or the environment. In this sense, the emotional function of this product has been appealed with the intention of increasing socialization in homes and becoming an alternative to the use of electronic devices.
