Centro de Innovación Ciudadana en Ruzafa

Abstract

[ES] El presente proyecto se sitúa en la llamada ¿manzana perdida¿ del barrio de Ruzafa, conforma un lugar donde se superpone la trama histórica del antiguo pueblo de Ruzafa y la de ensanche, además, es un lugar de oportunidad para uso de los diferentes vecinos del barrio. Tras haber realizado un estudio de Ruzafa, hemos podido observar que es un barrio muy densificado, con escasos espacios públicos y zonas verdes. También se caracteriza por la diversidad social y cultural, y actualmente, atacado por la gentrificación. Debido a esto se opta por crear una red tanto de espacios verdes como dotacionales que conectan el barrio a la infraestructura de la ciudad; de esta manera, se mejora la movilidad y accesibilidad de los espacios públicos. El proyecto propuesto parte de la idea de ampliar el espacio público, con la creación de una plaza manteniendo los accesos y circulaciones actuales. Vinculado a la plaza se proponen los edificios destinados al Centro de Innovación Ciudadana, contando con espacios polivalentes, de reunión y talleres para los vecinos y colectivos del barrio.

[EN] This project is located in the so-called "manzana perdida" of the Ruzafa¿s neighborhood, it forms a place where the historical net of the old town of Ruzafa and the net of ¿ensanche¿ overlap, in addition, is a place of opportunity for use by the different residents of the neighborhood. After having carried out a study of Ruzafa, we have been able to observe that it is a highly densified neighborhood, with few public spaces and green areas. It is also characterized by social and cultural diversity, and currently attacked by gentrification. Due to this, it is proposed to create a network of green spaces and public buildings, that connect the neighborhood to the infrastructure of the city, in this way, improve the mobility and accessibility of public spaces. The proposed project comes from the idea of expanding the public space, it is created a square, that keeps the current entrances and circulations. The proposed project is a Citizen Innovation Center. The buildings are linked to the square, and have multipurpose spaces, for meetings and workshops for the residents and groups of the neighborhood.
