Análisis y propuestas de mejora en la organización y gestión de una empresa de transporte y almacenamiento de mercancías implantada en la Región de Murcia

Abstract

[ES] La empresa sobre la que se realiza este proyecto se encuentra en una fase de expansión, es por ello por lo que es importante corregir problemas que puedan tener, así como poder mejorar algunos de los aspectos de la organización y gestión de sus procesos, para así permitirle realizar mejoras en la gestión y eficiencia de dicha sociedad. El objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en mostrar el análisis interno realizado y las propuestas de mejoras planteadas para su implantación en la parte de logística de un grupo de empresas de la Región de Murcia dedicado al transporte nacional e internacional y almacenamiento de mercancías. A través del análisis realizado a la empresa, se buscan las debilidades internas que puedan tener y las oportunidades de mejora que no se habían explotado previamente, para así buscar aquellas soluciones que les permitan corregir estas debilidades o problemas encontrados, proponiendo una serie de medidas relacionadas con la parte logística de la empresa para que sean implantadas. Además, se realizarán planes de seguimiento para poder comprobar que los cambios realizados están funcionando correctamente.

[EN] The company on which this project is carried out is in a phase of expansion, that is why it is important to correct problems that they may have, as well as to be able to improve some aspects of the organization and management of their processes, in order to allow it to make improvements in the management and efficiency of that society. The objective of this work is to show the internal analysis carried out and the proposals for improvements proposed for its implementation in the logistics part of a group of companies of the Region of Murcia dedicated to national and international transport and storage of goods. Through the analysis carried out on the company, we look for the internal weaknesses that they may have and the opportunities for improvement that had not been previously exploited, in order to look for those solutions that allow them to correct these weaknesses or problems found, proposing a series of measures related to the logistics part of the company to be implemented. In addition, follow-up plans will be made to verify that the changes are working correctly. The work is structured in several parts, in the first one, the analysis of weaknesses and opportunities for improvement is performed. In the second, an investigation is carried out on the main causes for localized weaknesses. In a third phase, the different proposals for improvement are discussed to give the best solution to the problems. Finally, the proposals put forward to the company to be implemented, as well as the follow-up plans for those proposals.
