La arquitectura sostenible. Análisis regulatorio y estudio caso práctico.

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo desarrolla un estudio sobre el cambio climático, la situación que nos ha llevado al momento actual y las medidas tomadas a nivel europeo, estatal, autonómico e incluso local para poder reducir el impacto sobre la Tierra. Para ello se desarrollarán seis capítulos, en el primero de ellos se presentará el momento tras la revolución industrial las emisiones empezaron a afectar a la calidad de vida de la Tierra y como conforme la tecnología avanzaba íbamos creando una mayor contaminación que afecta en la actualidad y al futuro. Ante el desmesurado crecimiento del aumento de la temperatura de la Tierra provocado por las emisiones de gas efecto invernadero, se comienzan a tomar medidas para disminuir esta situación. La Organización de las Naciones Unidas desarrolla los 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible donde podemos encontrar algunos ampliamente relacionados con la arquitectura y como puede favorecer este sector a la reducción de emisiones. También se llevará a cabo un análisis tanto por la normativa previa como por la existente que es de obligado cumplimiento o solo recomendación para alcanzar este fin. Por último, una vez realizado el proceso anterior, en los últimos capítulos se recopilará información de arquitecturas que cumplan con las necesidades actuales y se aplicará a la rehabilitación de una vivienda unifamiliar que no cumple con los estándares actuales de eficiencia energética y a la que se le propondrán soluciones prácticas para alcanzar el confort.

[EN] This work develops a study on climate change, the situation that has led us to the present moment and the measures taken at European, national, autonomic and even local level in order to reduce the impact on the Earth. The first chapter will present the moment after the industrial revolution when emissions began to affect the Earth's quality of life and how, as technology advanced, we were creating greater pollution that is affecting the present and the future. Faced with the disproportionate increase in the Earth's temperature caused by greenhouse gas emissions, measures are beginning to be taken to reduce this situation. The United Nations has developed the 17 Sustainable Development Goals where we can find some widely related to architecture and how this sector can favour the reduction of emissions. We will also carry out an analysis of both the previous regulations and the existing ones that are mandatory or only recommendations to achieve this goal. Finally, once the previous process has been carried out, in the last chapters there will be a compilation of information on architectures that meet current needs and will be applied to the rehabilitation of a family house that does not meet current energy efficiency standards and to which practical solutions will be proposed in order to achieve comfort.
