Vivienda cooperativa en Godella, Valencia

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo del proyecto es crear un conjunto de vivienda cooperativa y equipamientos con la dificultad que conlleva el correcto tratamiento del frente entre la ciudad y la huerta.

La intención del proyecto es implantarse en el entorno de una forma sencilla, aprovechando el pequeño desnivel y las preexistencias para acercar la vida a la cota 0. Se trata de conseguir una densidad baja, con edificios aislados y de baja altura. Se pretende mantener el equilibrio entre los edificios existentes próximos y la huerta y priorizar la relación directa del proyecto con la huerta.

El programa se divide en varios bloques con diferentes sistemas de agregación y tipología de viviendas, intercalándose entre las viviendas de un mismo edificio diferentes equipamientos, permitiendo la circulación de usuarios por el edificio.

Además, se generarán diversos espacios semi públicos para conseguir que la vida común esté presente tanto para los miembros de la cooperativa como para la gente del pueblo

[EN] The aim of the project is to create a set of cooperative housing and facilities with the difficulty that comes with the correct treatment of the front between the city and the orchard.

The intention of the project is to establish ourselves in the environment in a simple way, taking advantage of the small slope and the pre-existing buildings to bring life closer to level 0. The aim is to achieve a low density, with isolated, low-rise buildings. The aim is to maintain a balance between the nearby existing buildings and the orchard and to prioritise the direct relationship between the project and the orchard.

The programme is divided into several blocks with different systems of aggregation and typology of dwellings, with different facilities interspersed between the dwellings in the same building, allowing the circulation of users throughout the building.

In addition, various semi-public spaces will be generated to ensure that common life is present for both the members of the cooperative and the people of the town.
