Edificio Residencial Intergeneracional en Castellón de la Plana.

Abstract

[ES] Para este Trabajo de Fin de Master se presenta una solución alternativa al envejecimiento poblacional de Castellón de la Plana y a la falta de plazas de residencia para la tercera edad pautada por la OMS. Así, se plantean una serie de recorridos y equipamientos urbanos en una zona de crecimiento de la ciudad, dónde aparece el edificio intergeneracional objeto de este TFM. Se trata de un edificio que integra viviendas para mayores de 65 años con alquileres jóvenes, donde por cada 2 viviendas fijas aparece un alquiler temporal para una persona joven. La idea es que se produzca una simbiosis donde colaboren tanto jóvenes como mayores para facilitarse la vida. La planta baja no solo es destinada al propio edificio, sino que compartirá equipamientos con el barrio, incorporando talleres, aulas informáticas, cafetería, salas de estudio... Convirtiéndose en un punto de encuentro para los habitantes del barrio.

[EN] For this Final Master's Project presents an alternative solution to the ageing population of Castellón de la Plana and to the lack of residential places for the elderly as established by the WHO. A series of urban routes and facilities are proposed in a growing area of the city, where the intergenerational building that is the subject of this TFM is located. It is a building that integrates housing for elderly people over 65 years old with young rentals, where for every 2 eldery dwellings there is a temporary rental for a young people. The idea is to create a symbiosis where both young and old people work together to make life easier for each other. The ground floor is not only destined for the building itself, but will share facilities with the neighbourhood, incorporating workshops, computer rooms, restaurant, study rooms... It will become a meeting point for the inhabitants of the neighbourhood.
