1. EGA- Reconstrucción. Arquitecturas y paisajes ausentes. Grandes Maestros de Arquitectura II

Abstract

[ES] Cuando hablamos de esa arquitectura formada por atmosferas y ambientes espirituales capaces de conmover el usuario que las experimenta, el primer arquitecto que se nos viene a la mente es la figura de Peter Zumthor, considerado uno de los arquitectos suizos mas influyentes, tanto por su obra construida como por su obra escrita. La arquitectura de Peter Zumthor se encuentra dentro de la corriente de la fenomenología, que nace de la experiencia, de la memoria de uno mismo, vista desde la unidad conformada por la materia y la espiritualidad. Es por ello que resulta de gran interés el estudio de su obra, tanto la construida como la que no ha podido llegar a realizarse, pasando por sus dibujos iniciales que expresar el concepto generador del proyecto, analizando minuciosamente los planos que nos permiten entender las proporciones de las ideas, hasta las imágenes de sus obras las cuales nos trasmiten la particularidad de sus atmosferas. El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar la reconstrucción del proyecto para el concurso de la galería de arte en Hinter dem Giesshaus 1, Berlin, el cual no llego a ganar y por tanto no se construyó. Con esto nos referimos, a representar digitalmente dicho proyecto mediante el uso de las técnicas gráficas actuales, con el fin de acercar al investigador a la obra del maestro Peter Zumthor.

[EN] When we talk about architecture made up of spiritual atmospheres and environments capable of moving the user who experiences them, the first architect who comes to mind is Peter Zumthor, considered one of the most influential Swiss architects, both for his built work and his written work. Peter Zumthor¿s architecture is part of the current of phenomenology, which is born of experience, of the memory of oneself, seen from the unity of matter and spirituality. This is why it is of great interest to study his work, both that which has been built and that which has not been realised, from his initial drawings which express the concept that generated the project, analysing in detail the plans that allow us to understand the proportions of the ideas, to the images of his works which transmit the particularity of his atmospheres. The aim of this work is to reconstruct the project for the competition for the art gallery in Hinter dem Giesshaus 1, Berlin, which did not win and was therefore not built. By this we mean the digital representation of this project using modern graphic techniques in order to bring the researcher closer to the work of the master Peter Zumthor.
