Aplicación de nuevas tecnologías de cálculo estructural a la investigación del patrimonio histórico arquitectónico: el caso de la torre en el asentamiento ibérico de Rochina

Abstract

[ES] La aplicación de programas de calculo a estructuras históricas pretende abrir vías inéditas de conocimiento sobre la arquitectura ibérica, tan particularmente desconocida, y en consecuencia entender mejor sus construcciones y mejorar, por consiguiente, su puesta en valor. En el caso del poblado ibérico de Rochina( Sot de Ferrer, Castellón), y en concreto de su torre, se ha intentado descifrar aspectos relacionados con el levantamiento de este tipo de elementos torreados. Descifrar la forma original de los mismos en toda su magnitud, o al menos especular sobre los limites en sus alzados, totalmente desaparecidos y sin paralelismos arquitectónicos donde comparar ni referencias históricas que consultar, ha sido el principal objetivo del presente TFM ,

[EN] The general objective of this work is, therefore, to investigate the formal characteristics of the towers in Iberian times, and specifically the potentiality of the volumetric body of the tower in the town of Rochina. A proposal of specific objectives is written below, which is the following: 1. Locate historical and documentary sources associated with the Iberian Village of Rochina, based on the different archives and in contact with historians and archaeologists. Offer at the same time a collection of historical and recent memory associated with the monument in question.

2. Study the monument in detail, identifying and recording the architectural elements and materials that make up the remains of the tower, including checking the state of deterioration of each of them.

3. Analyze the technical characteristics of the construction systems used in the erection of Iberian tower structures.

4. Apply structural calculation software on previously justified construction models related to the Rochina tower, until its limits in structural stability are known.
