[EN] The printing press lived through a golden period, during the period of time elapsed from the end of the 19th century to the first half of the 20th century, with the creation and design of many families of typographic characters and making its image more attractive to the attention of readers, capturing the attention of the general public, the impact of audiovisual media came later. To achieve three-dimensional effects on the paper, the design of complementary characters in wood was started, to later achieve the same effect with a unique character in cast iron

[ES] La imprenta vivió un periodo dorado, durante el espacio de tiempo transcurrido de finales del siglo XIX a la primera mitad del siglo XX, con la creación y diseño de muchas familias de caracteres tipográficos y hacer más atrayente su imagen a la atención de los lectores, captar la atención del público en general, el impacto de los medios audio visuales llegó más tarde. Para conseguir efectos tridimensionales sobre el papel, se inicio el diseño de caracteres complementarios en madera, para después conseguir el mismo efecto con un carácter único en fundición.
