Desenvolupament d'una aplicació mòbil per a compartir rutes

Abstract

[ES] El present TFG introdueix l'aplicació android MyRoutes. Aquesta és una aplicació mòbil destinada a tot usuari interessat a registrar, compartir i consultar rutes. Aquestes rutes poden ser rutes a peu, corrent o amb bici. L'aplicació busca facilitar l'intercanvi d'informació entre amants de l'esport i la natura, posant en mà de totes les persones l'oportunitat de combatre el sedentarisme i descobrir el món que ens rodeja.

L'aplicació ofereix a l'usuari funcionalitat per a que puga calcular, programar i publicar rutes. Cada ruta conté un mapa amb el trajecte dibuixat, a més d'informació sobre aquesta, com el tipus d¿activitat, la duració, la dificultat o si és accessible per a persones amb discapacitat. L'usuari pot calcular les rutes mitjançant una pantalla que mostra un mapa i on es poden afegir els punts per on passarà la ruta.

Per dur a terme aquest projecte s'ha utilitzat el llenguatge de programació Kotlin, a més d'Android Studio com a IDE. La interfície d'usuari s'ha desenvolupat amb XML i la base de dades usada ha sigut Firebase. Per mostrar els mapes s'ha fet servir el SDK de Google Maps per a Android i per als serveis de càlcul i dibuixar les rutes he gastat l¿API Directions de Google Maps.

[EN] This TFG introduces the MyRoutes android application. This is a mobile application intended for all users interested in recording, sharing and consulting routes. These routes can be walking, running or cycling routes. The application seeks to facilitate the exchange of information between sports and nature lovers, giving everyone the opportunity to fight sedentary lifestyles and discover the world around us.

The application offers the user functionality to calculate, schedule and publish routes. Each route contains a map with the route drawn, as well as information about it, such as the type of activity, the duration, the difficulty or whether it is accessible for people with disabilities. The user can calculate the routes using a screen that shows a map and where the points through which the route will pass can be added.

To carry out this project, the Kotlin programming language has been used, in addition to Android Studio as an IDE. The user interface has been developed with XML and the database used has been Firebase. To display the maps, the Google Maps SDK for Android was used and for the calculation services and drawing the routes I used the Directions API of Google Maps.
