La cubierta de Morvedre

Abstract

[ES] Se pretende relacionar ambas parcelas con el parque infantil de Morvedre extendiéndose éste durante toda la parcela a la derecha y a la izquierda de la calle de Sagunto generando un parque complejo en distintas parcelas. El proyecto ordena el vacío mediante la creación de una `toldo¿ actuando como cubierta perforada que organiza los espacios libres del parque y las piezas de los respectivos usos culturales en ambas parcelas con una naturaleza totalmente distinta a la planta baja, actuando de elemento protector de dichos espacios culturales. Las piezas se desarrollan apoyándose en el lugar de una forma liviana, extendiéndose por las parcelas relacionándolas unas con otras y creando espacios ajardinados entre ellas que representan el conjunto de habitaciones que componen el centro social. Mediante la dispersión de varias bandas se consigue ocupar el máximo de superficie de planta para relacionarse con el entorno desvaneciéndose sus límites entre exterior e interior, actuando como elemento de unión tejiendo el espacio entre piezas.

The project organizes the void by creating a 'canopy' acting as a perforated roof that organizes the free spaces of the park and the pieces of the respective cultural uses in both plots with a totally different nature to the ground floor, acting as a protective element of these cultural spaces. The pieces are developed resting on the site in a light way, extending through the plots relating them to each other and creating landscaped spaces between them that represent the set of rooms that make up the social centre. Through the dispersion of several bands it is possible to occupy the maximum floor area to relate to the environment fading its limits between exterior and interior, acting as a connecting element weaving the space between pieces.
