PROYECTO ESTRUCTURAL Y DE LAS INSTALACIONES DE UNA NAVE INDUSTRIAL DE 800 M2 DESTINADA A UN ECOPARQUE TIPO D UBICADO EN EL POLÍGONO INDUSTRIAL EL RUBIAL DE VILLENA, PROVINCIA DE ALICANTE

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad la exposición detallada del diseño de la estructura de una nave industrial de 800 m2, así como el cálculo de las instalaciones de saneamiento, fontanería, eléctrica y contra incendios correspondientes a dicho proyecto. El objetivo principal de este proyecto es desarrollar una nave industrial en una parcela de uso industrial ubicada en el término municipal de Villena, cumpliendo con las normativas urbanísticas aplicables. Por tanto, el presente documento también contempla el diseño preliminar de los elementos que conformarán el conjunto de la parcela con el fin de convertirla en un ecoparque de tipo D. El diseño y cálculo de la estructura de la nave se ha realizado teniendo en cuenta las características de la parcela, así como las necesidades para su explotación y las normativas vigentes en cuanto a seguridad, eficiencia energética y medio ambiente. El diseño de la nave industrial incluye el análisis de las cargas y solicitaciones a las que estará sometida, la elección de los materiales y sistemas constructivos más adecuados y la optimización de la distribución espacial de los elementos que componen la nave. Además, se ha realizado el cálculo y diseño de las instalaciones de saneamiento, fontanería, eléctrica y contra incendios, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento y cumpliendo con las normativas correspondientes.

[EN] The purpose of this work is the detailed design of the structure of an 800 m2 industrial building, as well as the calculation of the sanitary, plumbing, electrical and fire-fighting installations corresponding to the project. The main objective of this project is to develop an industrial building on a plot for industrial use located in the municipality of Villena, in compliance with the applicable town planning regulations. Therefore, this document also contemplates the preliminary design of the elements that will make up the plot in order to convert it into a type D eco-park. The design and calculation of the structure of the building has been carried out considering the characteristics of the plot, as well as its operational needs and the regulations in terms of safety, energy efficiency and environmental issues. The design of the industrial building includes the analysis of the loads and stresses to which it will be subjected. It will also include the choice of the most suitable materials and construction systems and the optimalization of the spatial distribution of each one of the elements that make up the building. In addition to this, the calculation and design of the sanitary, plumbing, electrical and fire-fighting installations has been carried out ensuring their correct operation and complying with the corresponding regulations.

[CAT] El present treball de tesi té com a finalitat l'exposició detallada del disseny de l'estructura d'una nau industrial de 800 m², així com el càlcul de les instal·lacions de sanejament, lampisteria, elèctrica i contra incendis corresponents a aquest projecte. L'objectiu principal d'aquest projecte és desenvolupar una nau industrial en una parcel·la d'ús industrial situada en el terme municipal de Villena, complint amb les normatives urbanístiques aplicables. Per tant, el present document també contempla el disseny preliminar dels elements que conformaran el conjunt de la parcel·la amb la finalitat de convertir-la en un ecoparc de tipus D. El disseny i càlcul de l'estructura de la nau s'ha realitzat tenint en compte les característiques de la parcel·la, així com les necessitats per a la seua explotació i les normatives vigents quant a seguretat, eficiència energètica i medi ambient. El disseny de la nau industrial inclou l'anàlisi de les càrregues i sol·licitacions a les quals estarà sotmesa, l'elecció dels materials i sistemes constructius més adequats i l'optimització de la distribució espacial dels elements que componen la nau. A més, s'ha realitzat el càlcul i disseny de les instal·lacions de sanejament, lampisteria, elèctrica i contra incendis, assegurant el seu correcte funcionament i complint amb les normatives corresponents.
