Proyecto de Infraestructura Común de Telecomunicaciones (ICT) de un conjunto inmobiliario residencial de 12 viviendas en Sagunto (Valencia)

Abstract

[ES] Este proyecto se basa en el diseño de la red de Infraestructura Común de Telecomunicaciones (ICT) de un edificio formado por 12 viviendas en el municipio de Sagunto (Valencia). El proyecto está regulado por la normativa de RD 346/2011 del Ministerio de Industria, Turismo y Comercio con su actualización de la Orden ECE/983/2019, siguiendo la estructura del documento regulada por la Orden ITC 1644/2011 . Se dotará al edificio propuesto de instalaciones para atender los servicios de televisión terrestre y satélite, telefonía y telecomunicaciones por cable, mediante cable de pares telefónico/cable de pares trenzado, cable coaxial y cable de fibra óptica. En el proyecto se trabajará con planos reales y se incluirán y explicarán los cálculos realizados, además de incluir los planos de la instalación, un presupuesto completo, pliego de condiciones técnicas y los correspondientes anexos.

[EN] This project is based on the design of the Common Telecommunications Infrastructure (ICT) network of a residential complex consisting of 12 dwellings in the municipality of Sagunto (Valencia). The project is regulated by the regulations of RD 346/2011 of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade with its update of the Order ECE/983/2019, following the structure of the document regulated by the Order ITC 1644/2011. The proposed building will be equipped with facilities to provide terrestrial and satellite television, telephony and cable telecommunications services, by means of telephone twisted pair cable, coaxial cable and fiber optic cable. The project will work with actual drawings and will include and explain the calculations performed, as well as installation drawings, a complete budget, technical specifications and the corresponding annexes.
