Desarrollo y despliegue de un servicio web para gestionar eventos de asociaciones musicales

Abstract

[ES] Hoy en día muchas de las asociaciones musicales, además de realizar conciertos en teatros, también participan en eventos que toman como escenario la calle. Este tipo de acontecimientos abarca desde una entrada de moros y cristianos hasta una simple fiesta privada donde se requiere la necesidad de música de ambiente.

Estas asociaciones, son más conscientes cada vez, de que el control y gestión de estos eventos mencionados anteriormente, es necesario para poder organizar y planificar los recursos personales disponibles a la hora de asistir a un evento. De esta manera es posible cumplir con las expectativas que se solicitan de manera eficiente y sin perder gran cantidad de tiempo para verificar los requerimientos que se necesitan.

En el control de este tipo de eventos, es necesario tener un conteo de los requisitos, como el número y tipo de instrumentos indispensables, así como también la fecha del evento y la ubicación donde éste toma lugar. Por otra parte, también es necesario saber, qué miembros de la asociación participarán y cumplen con los requerimientos del evento en cuestión.

En este proyecto, se realizará un despliegue de un servicio web que supla esta necesidad de gestión y control de eventos por parte de una agrupación musical. Se otorgarán permisos de administrador a los directores de las mismas, para poder orquestar y organizar los eventos donde, posteriormente, los miembros de estas agrupaciones se inscribirán si es que desean asistir.

[EN] Nowadays, most of the musical associations, besides performing concerts and auditions in theaters, also participate in events that take place in the street. These types of events range from an parade of Moors and Christians festivities to a simple private party where ambient music is required.

These associations are increasingly aware that the management and scheduling of these events mentioned above is necessary in order to organize and plan their personal resources when it comes to attend an event. With this kind of control, it is possible to meet the expectations requested in an efficient way without wasting time verifying the requirements needed for a event.

For the control of this type of events, it is necessary to have a count of the requirements, such as the number and type of indispensable instruments, as well as the date of the event and the location where it takes place. On the other hand, it is also necessary to know which members of the association will participate and meet the requirements of the event in question.

In this project, a web service will be deployed to supply the needing for a event management in musical associations. Administration permissions will be granted to their directors, to be able to organize the events where, later, the members of these associations will register if they wish to participate.
