Escuela de hostelería, hotel, restaurante con huerta productiva

Abstract

[ES] El objeto del proyecto es el diseño de una escuela de hostelería que dé servicio a un hotel y a un restaurante creados para disfrutar de la experiencia gastronómica valenciana. Además, se integra en la trama urbanística y edificatoria una superficie extensa de huerta, cuyo destino es servir de proveedor principal de alimentos para la escuela de hostelería. Todo el programa se desarrolla en zona urbana, ocupando un amplio solar entre la Ciudad Politécnica de la Innovación de la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia y el hospital NISA. Con el edificio planteado se pretende completar la urbanización y la trama urbana entre el solar, objeto del proyecto, y el hospital, ya que, en el momento de la elaboración de este proyecto no está definido, del mismo modo se trabaja el espacio urbano alrededor de toda la parcela, con la intención de mejorar la calidad urbana del barrio, con la inclusión de nuevos espacios públicos.

[EN] The object of the project is the design of a hostelry school that serves a hotel and a restaurant created to enjoy the Valencian gastronomic experience. In addition, an extensive orchard area is integrated into the urban and building fabric, whose destination is to serve as the main supplier of food for the hostelry school. The entire program is developed in an urban area, occupying a large plot between the Polytechnic City of Innovation of the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the NISA hospital. With the proposed building, it is intended to complete the urbanization and the urban fabric between the site, object of the project, and the hospital, because, at the time of the elaboration of this project, it is not defined. The urban space around it is worked in the same way of the entire plot, with the intention of improving the urban quality of the neighbourhood, with the inclusion of new public spaces.
