[EN] The diagnosis and treatment of brain tumors are critical areas of medical research. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a tool for tumor detection and segmentation, but manual segmentation is time-consuming, so newer techniques are necessary for this activity. Deep Learning has shown great potential in automating segmentation, reducing radiologists' workload, and improving accuracy. Deep learning-based image segmentation techniques have made it possible to segment the tumor from the rest of the brain in order to differentiate the affected area. However, we know that the tumor is composed of several parts, the necrotic area, which no longer has activity, the area that is growing, known as enhancing part of the tumour, and the area around the tumor that is inflamed. In this work we will try to generate a method, based on deep learning techniques, to segment the inflamed and necrotic zones of the tumor from T1 magnetic resonance images (MRI). Thanks to this segmentation we could provide a great help for the surgery as well as the diagnosis and treatment of these tumors.
