Cálculo y diseño estructural de un seguidor solar mono eje

Abstract

[ES] Este proyecto tiene como objetivo diseñar el mecanismo de un seguidor solar de un eje para un bloque de 6 paneles solares con el fin de optimizar el rendimiento energético de la instalación. Adicionalmente, se pretende realizar el cálculo y dimensionado de los elementos estructurales que soportan los paneles y el seguidor. Por último, se realizarán simulaciones mediante software CAD/CAE para verificar los cálculos realizados y comprobar estados límite últimos y de servicio de todo el conjunto.

[EN] The present project consists of the calculation and structural design of the elements that form a photovoltaic solar installation fitted with a single axis solar tracker. First of all the location of the structure and all the elements that make it up were defined, subsequently, all structural components were sized according to the aplicable regulations together with the mecanism that moves the horizontal beam in order to orientate the panels. Finally, the reactions from each component were obtained via CYPE 3D to verify that the structure fullfils the resistance requirements specified on the aplicable regulations.
