Proyecto de edificio polideportivo de 4520m2 situado en el polígono Industrial de Igara (San Sebastián, Guipúzcoa). Cálculo estructural, e instalaciones de PCI, BT, suministro y evacuación de agua, climatización, y paneles fotovoltaicos en cubierta

Abstract

[ES] El proyecto consiste en el cálculo estructural, y dimensionado de algunas instalaciones, de una nave industrial de 4520 m2 (50x90,4 metros), en San Sebastián (Guipúzcoa). La nave será para uso polideportivo, incorporando, como espacios deportivos, pistas de pádel, gimnasio y piscina, además diversas oficinas, salas y un bar. El objetivo principal es el de crear un proyecto realista y funcional, que cumpla con todas las exigencias y normativa. Primero se detallarán antecedentes, localización, objetivos y normativa considerada. Seguido, se presenta la distribución en planta considerada y disposición de la nave en la parcela seleccionada. Una vez se tiene el Layout y ubicación, se realiza un diseño y cálculo estructural, junto con el dimensionamiento y diseño de las siguientes instalaciones: suministro y evacuación de agua, PCI, eléctrica de baja tensión (BT), generación de energía a través de paneles fotovoltaicos en cubierta y climatización de los diferentes espacios. Para finalizar, se añadirá un presupuesto de las actuaciones a realizar según lo expuesto en el proyecto.

[EN] The project consists in the structural design and calculation, with the dimensioning of some instalations of an industrial building of 4520 m2 (50x90.4 meters), placed in San Sebastián (Guipúzcoa). The building will be for multisports use, incorporating, as sports spaces, padel courts, gym and swimming pool, as well as various offices, rooms and a bar. The main objective is to create a realistic and functional project, which complies with all requirements and regulations. First, the background, location, objectives and regulations considered will be detailed. Next, the floor layout considered and the disposition of the building in the selected plot is presented. Once the layout and location are ready, a design and structural calculation is carried out, along with the dimensioning and design of the following instalations: water supply and evacuation, PCI, low voltage (LV) electricity, energy generation through photovoltaic panels on the roof and air conditioning of the different spaces. Finally, a budget of the actions to be carried out as stated in the project will be added.
