[EN] The objetive is to synchronise two industrial processes, a multi-processing station with an oven, which will be assisted by a robot manipulator with a suction cup, with the aim of feeding the multi-processing station and extracting the already machined parts.
All of this requires both plants to work in a coordinated way so that there is no interference or waiting and to be able to make the system as productive and efficient as possible.
In order to automate these processes in a synchronised way, the Guide "GEMMA" structured model will be used, and a SCADA interface will also be created to visualise the process in real time and also interact with it, being able to select from operating modes to emergency stops.
In order to manage all of the above, the Siemens TIA PORTAL programming environment will be used, in addition to using two FischerTechnik models, the multi-processing station with oven and the three-axis manipulator robot with suction cup.
