dc.description.abstract This is a case study of a multinational company. First, the company's demand forecast process is introduced. Then, operations planning is presented to understand why the demand forecast and product classification are relevant. Finally, the inventory classification process is introduced. Some recommendations to enrich the case are proposed. es_ES
