Benlloch-Arrels: Centro Tecnológico y de Interpretación del Vino.

Abstract

[ES] La estrategia de actuación consiste en fomentar la resiliencia de la esencia de Benlloch, combinando tradición e innovación en el nuevo Centro Tecnológico y de Interpretación del Vino, ubicado en las antiguas bodegas del municipio, dotando de una segunda vida a un edificio histórico en desuso y con gran potencial, apostando por la fuerte vitivinicultura existente en el propio pueblo y evocando sus raíces al reivindicar su idiosincrasia a través del talento propio del lugar.

A la investigación y formación, cabe sumar la esperada labor social, tanto de interrelaciones personales como de emprendimiento. Todo ello basado en la fusión formativa-cultural-social en un mismo espacio, ensalzando la historia, la tradición y el pueblo.

La finalidad se resume en tratar el proceso vinícola desde la semilla hasta la botella, acompañado de su disfrute, conocimiento, mejora y comercialización.

[EN] The action strategy aims to promote the resilience of Benlloch's essence, combining tradition and innovation in the new Wine Technology and Interpretation Centre, located in the old wine cellars of the municipality, providing a second life to a historical building with great potential that has been in disuse, betting on the strong wine growing in the town itself and evoking its roots by claiming its idiosyncrasy through the local talent.

In addition to research and training, social work is expected to be carried out, both in terms of personal relationships and entrepreneurship. All of this is based on the fusion of education, culture and society in the same space, highlighting history, tradition and the people.

The aim is to deal with the wine-making process from the seed to the bottle, accompanied by its enjoyment, knowledge, improvement and commercialisation.
