AUDITORÍA ENERGÉTICA Y PROPUESTAS DE MEJORA DEL POLIDEPORTIVO MUNICIPAL DE LA LOCALIDAD DE FOIOS (VALENCIA)

Abstract

[ES] En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster (TFM) se desarrolla el estudio energético de un polideportivo municipal ubicado en la localidad de Foios, en Valencia. Esto permite conocer la situación energética en la que se encuentra, definiendo indicadores energéticos con los que se desarrollan medidas de mejora y ahorro energético. Se realiza con el objetivo de reducir tanto la demanda como el consumo de energía de las instalaciones, aproximando el edificio a un modelo más pasivo y contribuyendo a la consecución de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), fundamentalmente al ODS7: energía asequible y no contaminante. Además del ahorro energético, se consigue obtener también ahorros económico y medioambiental asociados a la reducción de la energía consumida. La realización del estudio comienza con la toma de datos, mediciones y documentación necesaria para identificar a fondo las instalaciones y su desempeño energético: identificación de la envolvente térmica de los diferentes edificios, inventariado de equipos e instalaciones consumidoras de energía, balance de potencias instaladas, análisis de la facturación energética, distribución del consumo de energía entre las diferentes instalaciones, etc. A continuación, a partir de la información obtenida y analizada, se plantean una serie de Medidas de Ahorro Energético (MAEs). Algunas de las medidas planteadas son la renovación de parte de los equipos de iluminación, la sustitución del sistema de generación de ACS por una instalación de aerotermia y la implantación de generación eléctrica a partir de un campo solar fotovoltaico. Por último, se realiza una comparativa del desempeño energético entre el polideportivo inicial y con las medidas de ahorro planteadas, a partir de la herramienta de certificación energética de edificios acreditada CE3X, mediante la cual se obtiene una comparativa visual de las posibles mejoras energéticas.

[EN] This Master's Thesis (TFM) develops the energy study of a municipal sports center located in the town of Foios, in Valencia. This allows to know the energy situation in which it is, defining energy indicators with which measures for improvement and energy saving are developed. It is carried out with the aim of reducing both the energy demand and consumption of the facilities, bringing the building closer to a more passive model and contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), mainly SDG7: affordable and non-polluting energy. In addition to energy savings, economic and environmental savings associated with the reduction of the energy consumed are also achieved. The study begins with the collection of data, measurements and documentation necessary to thoroughly identify the installations and their energy performance: identification of the thermal envelope of the different buildings, inventory of energy consuming equipment and installations, balance of installed power, analysis of energy billing, distribution of energy consumption among the different installations, etc. Then, based on the information obtained and analyzed, a series of Energy Saving Measures (ESM). Some of the measures proposed are the renewal of part of the lighting equipment, the replacement of the DHW generation system with an aerothermal installation and the implementation of electricity generation from a photovoltaic solar field. Finally, a comparison of the energy performance between the initial sports center and the proposed savings measures is carried out using the CE3X accredited building energy certification tool, which provides a visual comparison of the possible energy improvements.
