ESTUDIO Y PROPUESTAS DE MEJORA DEL PLAN DE MANTENIMIENTO EN UNA EMPRESA DEL SECTOR ALIMENTARIO BASANDOSE EN SISTEMAS GMAO

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este TFG es estudiar el plan de mantenimiento de una empresa del sector alimentario para evaluar sus deficiencias y proponer ideas de mejora. Para ello se integrarán funcionalidades propias de los sistemas GMAO en el ERP de la empresa y obtener así mejoras en el desempeño del departamento de mantenimiento. Para ello se hará un breve estudio del mundo del mantenimiento y el uso de los GMAOs en él, siguiendo después con el análisis del sistema de mantenimiento actual y la identificación de las deficiencias del mismo. Finalmente se realizarán propuestas de mejora en base a las observaciones anteriores y que efecto tendrían en el desempeño de las tareas de mantenimiento.

[EN] The aim of this TFG is to study the maintenance plan of a company in the food sector in order to evaluate its deficiencies and propose ideas for improvement. To this end, the functionalities of CMMS systems will be integrated into the company's ERP to improve the performance of the maintenance department. To do so, a brief study of the world of maintenance and the use of CMMS in it will be carried out, followed by an analysis of the current maintenance system and the identification of its deficiencies. Finally, improvement proposals will be made based on the previous observations and what effect they would have on the performance of maintenance tasks.
