[ES] Los materiales de construcción de cal tienen una larga historia y han sido utilizados durante siglos por sus propiedades sostenibles y saludables. Sin embargo, en los últimos años, se han desarrollado nuevas tecnologías que han permitido crear materiales innovadores de cal con propiedades mejoradas.
Estos nuevos materiales ofrecen una serie de ventajas sobre los materiales de cal tradicionales, incluyendo: Mayor resistencia y durabilidad mejores propiedades de aislamiento térmico y acústico, mayor resistencia al fuego y menor impacto ambiental
Para implementar estos nuevos materiales en la construcción, es necesario desarrollar estrategias que permitan educar a los profesionales de la construcción sobre sus ventajas, promover la investigación y el desarrollo de nuevos materiales, y establecer normas y reglamentos que garanticen su calidad y seguridad.
[EN] Calcium building materials have a long history and have continued to be used for centuries by their sustainable and healthy owners. However, in recent years, new technologies have been developed that have allowed the creation of innovative calce materials with million-dollar owners.
These new materials offer a series of advantages over traditional lime materials, including: Greater resistance and durability, better properties of thermal and acoustic insulation, greater resistance to heat and lower environmental impact.
To implement these new materials in construction, it is necessary to develop strategies that allow construction professionals to be educated about their advantages, promote research and development of new materials, and establish standards and regulations that guarantee the highest quality and safety.
