| es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | [EN] Within the aerospace sector, one of the most important aspects is the telemetry of the aircraft. Thanks to it, it is possible to locate, monitor, and extract real-time measurements relevant to the study of the apparatus. In this data transfer, there are many factors to consider, such as the quality of the signal transmission, the frequency band in use, interference with other devices, etc. Depending on the type of antenna used for data reception at the ground station, it may be important for the antenna orientation to point towards the aircraft to achieve the highest possible transmission power. To mitigate these difficulties, this Final Degree Project proposes the programming of a new ground station that allows tracking the trajectory of a sounding rocket autonomously for the Faraday Rocketry UPV team. Component selection will be carried out for the development of a PCB that will allow the integration of all subsystems. The code will be prepared to integrate the work done by Santiago Torres Yébenes in \cite{santi2024TFG}, where the control system of the motors that will move the ground station antennas was studied. The feasibility will be analyzed by studying the advantages of this new system in terms of stability and efficiency. The results will be visible during the rocket launch, experimentally demonstrating that the use of the new ground station enables quick, precise, and effective maneuvers. However, due to external circumstances, the signal loss of certain elements may cause specific failures at certain moments of the flight. Despite these defects, the presented autonomous device represents a notable improvement over manual trajectory tracking. | en_EN |
