MOVIMIENTO DEL AGUA DEL MAR

Abstract

[ES] La observación del movimiento del mar puede ser pintada de distintas maneras: con una representación más realista, fiel a la imagen del agua como la vemos, o de otra forma más abstracta y subjetiva, con formas y colores diferentes de los que se apreciaría en la vida real. Dependiendo del clima que haga, la silueta del agua del mar va variando, de esta manera observaremos si el mar está calmado o violento. Su color reflejado también puede variar, desde un azul turquesa a un azul añil, en las zonas sombreadas u oscuras de un azul marino y en las zonas opuestas, muchas veces se verá como un gris azulado. Este proyecto trata de reflejar resultados al respecto desde una aproximación pictórica que por primera vez empieza a tratar de modo personal y más directamente este tema, con un enfoque experimental y procesual, observando los distintos resultados que van saliendo. Se espera suscitar en el espectador el estímulo para poder apreciar las distintas maneras en que logramos representar el mar.

[EN] The observation of the movement of the sea can be painted in different ways: with a more realistic representation, faithful to the image of the water as we see it, or in a more abstract and subjective way, with shapes and colours different from those that would be seen in real life. Depending on the weather, the silhouette of the sea water varies, so that we can see whether the sea is calm or rough. Its reflected colour can also vary, from a turquoise to an indigo blue, in the shaded or dark areas of a navy blue and in the opposite areas, it will often look like a bluish grey. This project tries to reflect results in this respect from a pictorial approach that for the first time begins to deal personally and more directly with this subject, with an experimental and processual approach, observing the different results that come out. It is hoped that the viwer will be stimulated to appreciate the different ways in which we manage to represent the sea.
