Marcas y reminiscencias: la piel como testimonio en un mundo de abstracciones

Abstract

[ES] RESUMEN Este proyecto indaga sobre la idea de piel como parte de nuestra identidad y como generadora esencial de interrelación y de comunicación entre los seres humanos. Principalmente a través del sentido del tacto y de la vista, las múltiples variaciones que se van reflejando en nuestra piel a lo largo del tiempo constituyen una fuente ineludible de emociones y sentimientos, y son un registro esencial de nuestro paso por la vida. En este sentido, en este proyecto se presenta la piel del cuerpo como un álbum de recuerdos que recoge nuestras vivencias. La producción artística está compuesta por varias obras donde conviven varias disciplinas: una serie fotográfica formada por un archivo de imágenes que registran diferentes matices de la piel del cuerpo, un vestido que evoca el concepto de piel como álbum, y un políptico que representa, desde una perspectiva pictórica, diversas sensaciones táctiles y armónicas que transmite la piel.

[EN] SUMMARY This project investigates the idea of ¿¿skin as part of our identity and as an essential generator of interrelation and communication between human beings. Mainly through the sense of touch and sight, the multiple variations that are reflected in our skin over time constitute an unavoidable source of emotions and feelings, and are an essential record of our passage through life. In this sense, in this project the skin of the body is presented as an album of memories that collects our experiences. The artistic production is made up of several works where several disciplines coexist: a photographic series made up of an archive of images that record different nuances of the body's skin, a dress that evokes the concept of skin as an album, and a polyptych that represents, from a pictorial perspective, various tactile and harmonious sensations that the skin transmits.
