Reflejos íntimos. La intimidad en el objeto artístico.

Abstract

[ES] El siguiente trabajo aborda la manifestación de la intimidad en la práctica artística. Ponemos en valor diversos juicios que se tienen sobre este concepto aproximándolos a la escultura y el grabado. Los temas tratados son la vulnerabilidad, la entrega y el deseo. Estos se abordan desde una narrativa donde lo íntimo es el hilo conductor. Para reflexionar sobre este concepto empleamos técnicas artísticas que se amoldan a nuestra particular visión de cada uno de los temas aludidos. Estas técnicas son la fundición, la joyería y el libro de artista. Profundizar en ellas nos ha permitido generar una narrativa que explora en lo más íntimo de nuestros pensamientos. En nuestro trabajo intentamos que el objeto artístico remita a la intimidad en lo cotidiano con cuidado y respeto. A esta cotidianidad se le pone un valor en el arte, siendo el uso del objeto lo que genera un estrecho vínculo entre individuos. Las obras que hemos creado para el presente TFG reflejan la intimidad mediante diversos temas que nos invitan a reflexionar sobre estos conceptos y su lugar en nuestra autopercepción. Por un lado, a la vulnerabilidad le daremos un lugar en la anatomía del cuerpo. Por otro lado, entenderemos el objeto regalado como una entrega. Y, por otro, exploraremos nuestros mayores deseos desde una visión infantilizada. Concluimos así que la intimidad es nuestra expresión más pura hacia la producción y gracias a ella tenemos una proyección única del arte.

[EN] The following work deals with the manifestation of intimacy in artistic practice. We highlight various judgements that are made about this concept by bringing them closer to sculpture and printmaking. The themes addressed are vulnerability, surrender and desire. These are approached from a narrative where the intimate is the common thread. In order to reflect on this concept, we use artistic techniques that are adapted to our particular vision of each of the themes mentioned. These techniques are foundry, jewellery and the artist's book. Delving into them has allowed us to generate a narrative that explores our innermost thoughts. In our work we try to make the artistic object refer to the intimacy of everyday life with care and respect. This everydayness is given a value in art, being the use of the object what generates a close bond between individuals. The works we have created for this TFG reflect intimacy through various themes that invite us to reflect on these concepts and their place in our self-perception. On the one hand, we will give vulnerability a place in the anatomy of the body. On the other hand, we will understand the object given as a surrender. On the other hand, we will explore our greatest desires from an infantilised vision. We thus conclude that intimacy is our purest expression towards production and thanks to it we have a unique projection of art.
