Vida y muerte en el hilo dorado. Una alegoría mitológica a través del diseño de moda.

Abstract

[ES] Este Trabajo Final de Grado consiste en la realización de vestuario, video y serigrafía. Forma parte de la primera sección del TFG Vida y Muerte en el hilo dorado junto a Celia Fillol de Miguel.

Se han diseñado y creado piezas de moda utilizando el mito griego de las Moiras. Estos seres mitológicos se encargaban de medir la vida de cada ser humano mediante el uso de una rueca y a la cual daban fin cortando el hilo que hilaban. Por ello, se ha establecido una alegoría entre el hilado de las Moiras y los distintos momentos del día, siendo ambos procesos cíclicos.

Además, se ha investigado acorde con la posterior materialización y se han buscado referentes. A continuación, se incluyen los procesos de diseño y creación del vestuario, así como un storyboard del fashion film. Finalmente se presentan las fotografías de los resultados finales.

[EN] This Final Degree Project consists on the realization of a fashion line, video and some silkscreen series. Furthermore, it is part of the first section of our Final Degree Project: Life and Death on the golden thread, in collaboration with Celia Fillol de Miguel.

Certain fashion pieces have been designed and created using the greek myth of the Fates. These mythological beings were in charge of measuring the life of each human being through the use of a spinning wheel wich they ended by cutting the thread they created. For this reason, we stablish an allegory between the spinning of the Fates and the different moments of the day, both processes being cyclical.

In addition, it has been researched in accordance with the subsequent materialization and references have been sought. Next, the design and creation processes of the costumes are included, as well as a storyboard of the fashion film. Finally, photographs of the final results are showcased.
