Plan Parcial del sector urbanizable LLO 3 en el término municipal de Ontinyent (Valencia).

[ES] El presente trabajo final de máster Plan Parcial del sector urbanizable LLO 3 en el término municipal de Ontinyent (Valencia) se centra en la elaboración de un Plan Parcial para el sector urbanizable LLO 3 ubicado en el término municipal de Ontinyent (Valencia). Para ello, se redactará el estudio y análisis de las diferentes alternativas de ordenación, intentando conseguir un resultado óptimo que logre tratar los problemas actuales, tanto sociales como económicos que afectan a la ciudad de Ontinyent en este ámbito, todo ello siguiendo la normativa vigente. Es por ello que este trabajo se redacta siguiendo el Decreto Legislativo 1/2021, de 18 de Junio, del Consell de aprobación del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Ordenación del Territorio, Urbanismo y Paisaje así como la normativa indicada en el Plan General para el municipio objeto de estudio (Ontinyent).

[EN] This master's degree final project "Partial Plan of the developable sector LLO 3 in the municipality of Ontinyent (Valencia)" focuses on the preparation of a Partial Plan for the LLO 3 development sector located in the municipality of Ontinyent (Valencia). The main purpose of this project is the study and analysis of the different planning alternatives will be carried out, trying to achieve an optimum result that manages to deal with the current problems, both social and economic, that affect the city of Ontinyent in this area, all in accordance with the current regulations. That is why this work is written following the "Decreto Legislativo 1/2021, de 18 de Junio, del Consell de aprobación del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Ordenación del Territorio, Urbanismo y Paisaje" as well as the regulations indicated in the General Plan for the municipality under study (Ontinyent).
