Diseño de un espacio de coworking para un grupo empresarial

Abstract

[ES] El TFG tendrá por objetivo diseñar un espacio de Coworking para el grupo empresarial Familia Martínez. El espacio tiene por objetivo crear un mejor clima de trabajo, menos encasillado en los roles habituales, generando una atmósfera de trabajo en equipo y socialización entre los empleados, así como mejorar la infraestructura de la empresa para junto al resto de mejoras implementadas poder optar a entrar en el ranking Best Places to Work a medio-corto plazo.

El estudio contendrá, un análisis del espacio con sus necesidades y requerimientos, así como requisitos de fabricación (función, uso, etc), del usuario (forma, ergonomía) y normativa. Además, de indagar en los elementos necesarios para poder crear el mejor espacio de trabajo. Se desarrollará toda la documentación necesaria para que el diseño sea factible y ejecutable por la empresa, habiéndose ya obtenido la aprobación preliminar para su realización.

[EN] The objective of the Final Degree Project (TFG) is to design a Coworking space for the business group Familia Martínez. The purpose of the space is to foster a better work environment, less constrained by traditional roles, by creating an atmosphere of teamwork and socialization among employees. Additionally, the aim is to improve the company's infrastructure, along with other implemented enhancements, to potentially qualify for inclusion in the Best Places to Work ranking in the medium to short term.

The study will include an analysis of the space with its needs and requirements, as well as manufacturing specifications (function, use, etc.), user requirements (shape, ergonomics), and regulatory compliance. Furthermore, it will explore the necessary elements to create the optimal workspace. All necessary documentation will be developed to ensure that the design is feasible and executable by the company, having already obtained preliminary approval for its implementation.
