Estudio constructivo y funcional de capas separadoras en cubiertas ajardinadas

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo es el resultado de la investigación de las capas separadoras empleadas en las cubiertas ajardinadas, en cualquiera de sus tres tipologías. Se analiza las diversas funciones y ubicaciones dentro de la estructura de la cubierta. Se ha tomado como referencia las normativas UNE más relevantes, las cuales han servido como punto de partida para la indagar e investigar dentro del mercado en busca de los diferentes productos. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es la creación de fichas que resuman la información más importante y relevante de cada uno de los materiales propuestos para cada tipología de capa separadora. Con estas fichas se pretende facilitar a los profesionales de la edificación la búsqueda de este tipo de productos, con el objetivo de promover el uso de este tipo de cubiertas y sus beneficios.

[EN] The present work is the result of the investigation of the separating layers used in the garden roofs, in any of their three typologies. The various functions and locations within the roof structure are analyzed. The most relevant UNE regulations have been taken as a reference, which have served as a starting point for investigating and investigating within the market in search of different products. The main objective of this work is the creation of sheets that summarize the most important and relevant information of each of the materials proposed for each type of separator layer. These sheets are intended to make it easier for building professionals to search for this type of products, with the aim of promoting the use of this type of roofing and its benefits.
