(CO)VIURE: Habitar i treballar en comunitat. Projecte de coliving i coworking per dinamitzar Soneja.

[ES] El projecte consisteix a crear un espai híbrid de coliving i coworking situat a la perifèria de Soneja, just en aquest límit difús que separa el nucli antic del poble més compacte i tradicional de la zona de xalets construïts als anys 60, pensats per al descans i l'estiu. Aquesta ubicació, a mig camí entre allò quotidià i allò estacional, ofereix l'oportunitat de convertir un espai fins ara residual en un punt de trobada actiu, capaç d'aportar nova vida i dinamisme al municipi.

La proposta busca donar resposta a dos necessitats que, encara que diferents, estan molt relacionades: d'una banda, un coworking adreçat a xicotetes empreses i emprenedors locals, pensat per oferir espais de treball flexibles que fomenten la col·laboració i la innovació; i de l'altra, un coliving orientat precisament a aquests mateixos usuaris, que facilite la seua estada al poble i en reforce el vincle amb el lloc.

El mateix caràcter ambigu del projecte a mig camí entre habitatge i espai de treball, entre allò privat i allò col·lectiu no es veu ací com un problema, sinó com una oportunitat per dissenyar espais flexibles que puguen adaptar-se a diferents situacions i necessitats al llarg del temps. Es tracta, en definitiva, de convertir aquesta ambigüitat en una virtut que faça el conjunt més ric i versàtil.

Més enllà de la funcionalitat, el projecte té com a objectiu aportar una cosa positiva a Soneja, ajudant a reactivar la seua economia i la seua vida social. Es busca que l'arquitectura no siga només un edifici, sinó una eina per teixir noves relacions, estendre ponts entre tradició i modernitat, i oferir noves oportunitats a un poble amb molt de potencial.

[EN] The project involves the creation of a hybrid coliving and coworking space located on the outskirts of Soneja, right on the blurred boundary that separates the village's more compact and traditional old town from the area of chalets built in the 1960s, designed for relaxation and summertime use. This location, halfway between the everyday and the seasonal, offers the opportunity to transform a previously residual space into an active meeting point, capable of bringing new life and dynamism to the town.

The proposal seeks to respond to two needs that, although distinct, are closely related: on the one hand, a coworking space aimed at small local businesses and entrepreneurs, designed to offer flexible workspaces that foster collaboration and innovation; and on the other, a coliving space geared specifically toward these same users, facilitating their stay in the village and strengthening their connection to the place.

The very ambiguous nature of the project halfway between housing and workspace, between the private and the collective is not seen as a problem here, but rather as an opportunity to design flexible spaces that can adapt to different situations and needs over time. Ultimately, it's about turning this ambiguity into a virtue that makes the whole richer and more versatile.

Beyond functionality, the project aims to contribute something positive to Soneja, helping to revive its economy and social life. The goal is for architecture to be not just a building, but a tool for forging new relationships, building bridges between tradition and modernity, and offering new opportunities to a town with great potential.
