dc.description.abstract | As we know it's already a reality that atmospheric emissions are a problem to environment and with respect to this, the regulations for diesel engines are increasingly becoming more and more stringent. So today our goal is to ensure that the diesel engines emit as much less pollutants as possible. Now as we know that the gaseous emissions from the diesel engines are directly affected by piston geometry, modifying this will also change the pollutants emissions.
