dc.description.abstract [EN] The objective of this project is to verify the results after the application of the Toyota Production System to a Spanish enterprise engaged in the manufacture of detergents and cleaning products. With the election of this enterprise we want to test the success of these methods in a different type of industry for which they were designed initially. I'll choose several business processes carried out in the company, then analyze the possible problems that they arise, after that I'll give some solutions and practical recommendations and finally study the improvements obtained after these applications. Previously, I'll study some theoretical aspects indispensables in the implementation of the Toyota Production System and a deep study of the enterprise which I'll apply these methods. es_ES
