dc.description.abstract For the present research, We are going to deal the particular case of a public library which offers its services to attend a population with over 10.000. We will describe the physical organization and What are their operation and what services they offer to users: - Information and referral services, consultation and reading room. - Borrowing service - A specializing place to children and youth - Computing, printing, scanning - Section of local topics - Journals Service - Additional training services to how use the library and reading promotion - Reading entertainment and extension library and cultural Then, there will be a brief description of how it should be a lib we will do a comparison between two libraries: one in Valencia and another one in Prague, with similar features.
