The application of six sigma phylosophy in the context of a mechanical engineering enterprise

[EN] The main objective is to make a complete and comprehensive analysis of the Six Sigma methodology, explaining the key concepts of this model of management, introducing the stages of implementation and analyzing in detail the different available instruments for the working team to implement this method successfully. All this in the context of a mechanical engineering enterprise. In addition, an important part of this project is destinated to the detailed planning of a Six Sigma implementation in a company of this type (specifically a company of mold manufacturing and plastic injection, but from a generic and broad point of view, so that this planning can serve virtually any mechanical engineering enterprise). There will be analyzed all the necessary phases and tools, and it will be also made a study of time for the proper implementation of Six Sigma. Finally, some expected results will be exposed in order to know what kind of improvements can be achieved.
