Sistema de evaluación para las actividades de la Cátedra Gaglileo Galilei Gastad-UPV realizadas en el colegio mayor Galileo Galilei durante el curso 2011-2012

Abstract

[EN] Residencias Univeristarias S.A. manages the Colegio Mayor Galileo Galilei. This student residencie is located on the campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia. In May 2011 the company Residencias Universitarias SA signed together with the Polytechnic University of Valencia, the Galileo Galilei GASTAD-UPV Cathedra. This company aims to position Galileo Galilei as a University concerned about artistic and cultural development of students, thus differentiating itself from the competition. One of the key objectives of the Cathedra is to promote the participation of the university and faculty in the program of activities proposed in the Colegio Mayor Galileo Galilei and Galilei Club Gastronómico Restaurant through the Cathedrar of the UPV University. The above activities under the framework of the Galileo Galilei Cathedra and spend-UPV. This report will show how to perform activities from conception, development, and also the degree of impact of the same. The Cathedra Galileo Galilei GASTAD-UPV has four areas: food, art, arts and sports. Most cultural and recreational activities are educational in nature. Measurement parameters will be suggested to check the success of the activities. Also it will consider an evaluation system to satisfy global demand. In this context, one could say that the purpose is simply to increase the satisfaction of demand, thus optimizing the maximum performance of the training activities. For this, it is necessary to know the behavior of the application to such activities. On the other hand, it is also important to know how projects are built, and what infrastructure and means has the College or the restaurant to carry them out.

[ES] Residencias Universitarias S.A. gestiona el Colegio Mayor Galileo Galilei. Este Colegio Mayor está ubicado en el Campus de la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. En mayo de 2011 la empresa Residencias Universitarias S.A. firmó junto con la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, la Cátedra Galileo Galilei GASTAD-UPV. Dicha compañía, tiene como objetivo posicionar a Galileo Galilei como un Colegio Mayor preocupado por el desarrollo artístico y cultural de los estudiantes, diferenciándose de este modo de la competencia. Uno de los objetivos esenciales de la Cátedra es potenciar la participación del colectivo universitario y docente dentro del programa de actividades que proponen en el Colegio Mayor Galileo Galilei y el Restaurante Galilei Club Gastronómico a través de la Cátedra Universidad Empresa de la UPV. Las actividades mencionadas están bajo el marco de la Cátedra Galileo Galilei GASTAD-UPV. Esta memoria mostrará cómo se llevan a cabo las actividades desde su concepción, desarrollo, y además, el grado de repercusión de las mismas. La Cátedra Galileo Galilei GASTAD-UPV tiene cuatro áreas de actuación: gastronómica, técnica, artística y deportiva. La mayoría de las actividades culturales y recreativas tienen un carácter formativo. El segmento mayoritario de demanda de actividades está formado por Colegiales, huéspedes que permanecen alojados en la residencia durante el curso universitario, además pueden participar en ellas todos los residentes del Colegio Mayor en el momento que tiene lugar la actividad, ex residentes o Club Galilei y estudiantes de la UPV. Existe un amplio calendario de actividades culturales y/o recreativas en las que pueden participar a lo largo de su estancia en el Colegio Mayor. La mayoría de las actividades desarrolladas por la Cátedra desarrolladas en el Colegio Mayor Galileo Galilei son de carácter formativo. Sin embargo también hay actividades de carácter gastronómico y se llevan a cabo en el Restaurante Club Gastronómico.Se analizará la repercusión de las actividades, observando las cifras de participación y los resultados obtenidos de la satisfacción de los asistentes. Se sugerirán parámetros de medida para comprobar el éxito de las actividades. Además se planteará un sistema de evaluación para la satisfacción global de la demanda. En este contexto, se podría afirmar que la finalidad no es otra que incrementar la satisfacción de la demanda, optimizando así al máximo el rendimiento formativo de las actividades. Para ello, es necesario conocer cuál es el comportamiento de la demanda ante dichas actividades. Por otro lado, también es importante saber de qué modo se generan los proyectos, y con qué infraestructuras y medios cuenta el Colegio Mayor o el Restaurante para llevarlas a cabo.
