Proyecto de licencia ambiental para actividad administrativa en edificio municipal

[ES] Este Trabajo Fin de Grado parte de un local ubicado en la planta tercera de un edificio municipal, el cual ya fue reformado anteriormente, y pretende justificar las medidas que serían necesarias para adecuarlo a una actividad administrativa-institucional. Se calculan y se definen las instalaciones necesarias y las medidas correctoras que deberían adoptarse, dando cumplimiento de toda la normativa vigente, y así solicitar la licencia municipal de apertura de la actividad.

[EN] Bachelor’s thesis that studies the repair and reconstruction of a premise located on the third floor of a municipal building, which was already refurbished previously. This research project intends to justify which measures would be needed to remodel it for administrative and institutional activities. The required facilities and the corrective measures that must be adopted are calculated and defined, complying with all the regulations in force, as well the municipal license of opening of the activity is requested.
