Business plan for a company dedicated to growing and commercialization of black truffle in Banyeres de Mariola, Alicante. (Spain)

The idea of this work arises when personally decided to develop a plantation of black truffle exploiting some fields my family has in Banyeres de Mariola, Alicante (Spain). Thus, it decided to develop a business plan to analyze the possibility of creating a company based on that cultivation, so that it covers the phases of growing and selling black truffle. This project aims to plan the creation of the new company, in addition to analyzing the feasibility and economic development opportunities. Therefore, this document serves as academic work as a final thesis for my studies in Industrial Organization Engineering, while serving as a document to show to others how developing enterprise real can be (financial institutions, government, groups influence, etc...). It describes the economic, technical and financial feasibility of the business plan review. It also describes the procedures, strategies and policies to take to turn this idea into a real project.
