Abstract

Este proyecto puede incluirse dentro del género del retrato , entendiendo éste como pretexto para elaborar un discurso mediante el cual iniciar una reflexión sobre la identidad individual y colectiva dentro del contexto social actual por medio de la fotografía. El individuo y el arte como reflejo de este, se han nutrido y desenvuelto entre el medio natural y el medio urbano. Pero no podemos obviar el hecho de que ha aparecido un nuevo medio en nuestra sociedad; el medio virtual. Es prácticamente imposible en la actualidad sostener un relato referente a la identidad sin tener en cuenta el surgimiento de internet y las redes sociales como espacio revolucionario de interacción social. El lugar donde nos relacionamos se ha reducido a una pequeña pantalla que paradójicamente nos amplia el campo, reduce el tiempo a la inmediatez y anula la distancia. Hegemoniza cualquier estrato social y permite relacionarnos con cualquier persona a kilómetros de distancia de manera inmediata. Este proyecto intenta abordar desde la práctica todos estos temas para concluir en una obra física capaz de reformular la manera de relacionarnos, de percibir el mundo y nuestra naturaleza de ser, individual y anónimo dentro de la sociedad.
