Estudio técnico-constructivo del centro histórico del barrio de Benimaclet

Abstract

[ES] A pesar las modificaciones y alteraciones arquitectónicas que ha sufrido el barrio de Benimaclet, sigue conservando el antiguo pueblo que le dio origen. En este Trabajo Fin de Grado se realiza un estudio del conjunto arquitectónico protegido del barrio a fin de realizar un catálogo en el cual se identifiquen los inmuebles, sus tipologías, funciones así como las patologías que presentan. Para la realización de este trabajo se han seguido los siguientes pasos; en primer lugar, se ha realizado un estudio de la documentación e información existente; en segundo lugar, se ha hecho un análisis detallado "in situ" para la identificación y catalogación de los edificios; en tercer lugar, se ha realizado un catálogo de fichas recogiendo la máxima información de los edificios tanto catalogados como protegidos. Por último, se recogen las conclusiones alcanzadas en la realización de este proyecto.

[EN] Despite the architectural modifications during the last years, Benimaclet neighbourhood has still retained the ancient village which gave its origin. This project/work presents a study of the architectural conservation area in the Benimaclet neighbourhood. The main objective is to perform a catalogue in which the buildings (including the different types, functions and their pathologies) could be identified. Some steps have been followed to carry out this work. Firstly, a research of the documents and information available has been done. Secondly, a detailed analysis in situ has been done in order to identify and classify the different kind of buildings. Thirdly a card catalogue including the maximum information about the listed buildings has been done. Finally, the conclusions brought in this work are gathered.
