Proyecto de estructura e instalaciones de un edificio residencial en Valencia

Abstract

[EN] The building developer company Álvaro García-Forte Pérez intends to construct a building with 54 dwellings and commercial premises with five levels and four blocks. The four blocks are arranged on the same level, which corresponds to the ground floor. Areas 1 and 4 each have 16 dwellings, five on the first floor and second floor, four dwellings on the third floor and two on the attic floor. Areas 3 and 4 have 11 dwellings, three on the first and second floors and the third floor and two on the attic floor. The purpose of this project is to specify the technical characteristics of the structure and its calculation.

[ES] La empresa promotora Álvaro García-Forte Pérez pretende la construcción de un edificio de 54 viviendas y locales comerciales con cinco niveles y con cuatro núcleos. Los cuatro bloques se disponen en el mismo nivel, que corresponde a la planta baja. Los núcleos 1 y 4 cuentan con 16 viviendas cada uno, cinco en planta primera y planta segunda, cuatro viviendas en planta tercera y dos en planta ático. Los núcleos 3 y 4 cuentan con 11 viviendas, tres en plantas primera y segunda y planta tercera y dos en planta ático. El presente proyecto tiene por objeto especificar las características técnicas de la estructura y el cálculo de la misma.
